The LED7708 is designed to supply
large matrices from a single low-voltage rail. The adaptive boost
controller regulates the output voltage, so enhancing overall
efficiency. With its 16, 40 V-rated, current generators, the LED7708
can drive multiple LED strings in series, while in parallel, it can
increase current output to feed higher current LEDs. The brightness of
each row is set on a 12- or 16-bit grayscale through the 4-wire serial
interface. Master/slave synchronization through a dedicated pin
improves noise performance in multi-device applications. More

ST offers a fully-integrated micro-SD
card solution including pull-up and pull-down resistors as well as ESD
protection and EMI filtering. The EMIF06-HSD03F3 (flip-chip 400µ
package), intended for SD 3.0, and the EMIF06-mSD02N16 (micro-QFN, 16
leads) for SD 2.0, using IPAD™ technology, save up to 60% PCB space
compared to a 0201 discrete component solution. These devices
significantly reduce design and layout efforts and ease end-device
certification approvals with a level-4 (IEC 61000-4-2) ESD protection. More

ST’s latest
generation of 650 V dual SiC diodes are housed in a single package and
are extremely robust to overcurrent surges. As common-cathode or series
dual-configuration devices, these diodes are ideal for use in
interleaved or bridgeless topologies. They help reduce the number of
packages, increase the power density of designs, and save mounting time
and cost at the assembly stage. More

With a 52% smaller footprint
than a DPAK and a height of only 1 mm, the new PowerFLAT 5x6 HV and VHV
packages have extended the 650 V MDmesh V MOSFET and 800 V SuperMESH 5
MOSFET portfolios. They are ideal for highly-efficient and compact
designs in applications such as solar microinverters, battery chargers
and computer power supplies. The large exposed metal drain pad enables
optimized heat dissipation for improved system reliability. More

ST has
developed a 600 V boost diode series suited for the latest generation
of air conditioning equipment. This AC series is the result of a smart
trade-off between the forward voltage drop (VF) and the
reverse recovery time (trr). It saves up to 15% cost compared to
existing rectifier solutions, while meeting the efficiency budget. More

ST’s SPBT2632 Bluetooth Classic
(Bluetooth V3.0) modules are a series of embedded Bluetooth modules
supporting smart communication with Android smartphones,
Bluetooth-enabled devices and Apple iOS Bluetooth-enabled devices. The
firmware embedded in ST’s modules provides a simple user interface,
based on the AT command set, removing any need for expertise in Bluetooth
technology. ST’s SPBT2632 modules are fully RF certified (CE, FCC, IC,
TELEC Type), simplifying RF integration. More

ST’s TSX562
and TSX632 op-amp families comply with the most demanding AEC-Q100 and
AEC-Q003 regulations. Suitable for low power (TSX632IYST), for a higher
gain bandwidth of 900 kHz (TSX562IYST) or for accurate sensor signal conditioning
(TSX632AIYST and TSX562AIYST), these products are proposed in
space-saving MiniSO-8 packages. More
